It’s Vitamin C Time!

With the cooler weather settling in, it’s important to top up your levels of vitamin C to keep potential colds and flu at bay. Did you know that most mammals and other animals have the ability to make their own vitamin C in their body?

Unfortunately humans don’t have this ability and we need to regularly consume fresh fruit and vegetables in order to obtain vitamin C. This important vitamin can also help lower your risk of cancer. During Winter it is especially important to make sure you’re eating well to help keep your body strong and fight off nasty germs and illness.
