Apple and Pear Gondola

Apple Pear Gondolas

For a complete meal serve Apple Pear Gondolas with:
Whole grain crackers
¼ cup sliced cucumbers
Glass of water

Serves 2
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
1 apple, cored, and cut into 4 wedges
1 pear, cored, and cut into 4 wedges
4 (2 oz.) slices of Mozzarella cheese, cut in half
4 (2 oz.) slices of Colby cheese, cut in half
8 cherry tomatoes
8 toothpicks

1. Lay apples and pears skin side down, and stack ingredients on each fruit piece as follows: Mozzarella, Colby, cherry tomato, and then pick with tooth pick.
